Had a wonderful experience with Urban Garage Door. After I waited most of the day for another company to come and they were hours late for the appointment time with no explanation or warning- I decided not to work with them and find someone else. And I’m extremely glad that I did… I was able to reach the owner, Guy who personally came out and explained all of our options to us thoroughly and went into the pros and cons of each. We did not feel pressured, and him and his team went above and beyond. Jorden, who also came and helped us was also very knowledgeable and friendly. They even helped us move a few things that were too heavy for us to move alone. We were extremely happy with everything and will be referring them to friends and family.
