Great Service – Garage Door Repair Guy was very efficient and helpful. He was on time, he listened to our concerns, tested the operation of the door and assessed the damages, and then presented us with our options and recommended a course of action. Prior to starting the work, he informed us of an estimate of the cost. The job was completed perfectly the same day in a very reasonable time. After the door was repaired, he showed us the work that was done, and the parts that were replaced. He had us operate the repaired door. Five stars are well deserved, and I strongly recommend Urban Garage Door services.

Guy did a really great job for us replacing the broken spring on our garage door. He went above and beyond to grease the squeaky wheels and tighten the chain so it is now much quieter. Nice guy running a good business. I recommend.

Guy was prompt as per schedule, gave a good price and fixed the issue he came for but he also fixed another issue which was not in his scope of work but he did it out of courtesy. There is great service and then there is AMAZING service. The kind that you wonder whether or not still exists. My family came home from Thanksgiving vacation to a garage door that didn’t open. We’ve had some issues with the door in the past and we called another emergency company who came out and made the problem worse. When we yelped and found Guy who answered our call 9pm on a Sunday night, he was very helpful over the phone, no bs and arrived as promised the next day. He also provided a courtesy text and call to confirm his arrival. Not only did he get our garage door to close properly but he took extra time to be sure it wouldn’t drop on us and gave us honest feedback on what we needed to do to ensure we get our garage working correctly with the correct motor/opener. Highly recommend, especially for busy, working parents’ families who don’t have a ton of time to research stuff like this.

Wonderful service from start to finish! I dreaded replacing our 30+ year old, non-functioning garage door until our son backed his car through it, forcing the replacement. Guy showed up on time and I had a detailed quote provided on the spot. New door, molding, weather stripping, lift, remotes, coded entry, Wi-Fi enabled, security camera built in and I’m sure more that I’m forgetting, all installed for nearly half of what I was expecting just for a new door alone. The door was ordered and three days later, Guy showed up again, on time, with his crew. Less than two hours later, everything was done. The door looks great! Three weeks later and still functioning flawlessly! My only regret, not calling Guy years earlier!

Guy the owner is a lifesaver. I had a serious problem with my garage door on a holiday evening and called a dozen companies but no one can make it out the same night. I absolutely did not want to leave my garage door open all night, so I kept looking and found Urban Garage Door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a very positive experience in working with the owner, Guy. He was incredibly professional and did not try and cheat his way to fix my garage door unit like 2 other companies that I called. He came out for a free house call and instead of telling me that I need to replace the whole unit like two other companies did, he instead advised me to first call my warranty to receive a new unit. Because he helped me out, I hired him to install the unit for me. He saved me over $400!!! I’m going to refer him to my friends and family. I trust this guy, I trust Guy!

The service my family and I received tonight was hands down some of the best service I’ve ever received. We had an emergency with our garage door at 9:30 pm and Guy was at our house in 30 minutes. If you don’t call Guy with Urban Garage Door you’re making a big mistake. Furthermore, Guy left dinner with his family on his day off to help me and my family. It really doesn’t get any better than this coming from someone who’s been in the service industry for thirty years. The work ethic, expertise, integrity, and genuine concern for the customer was off the charts!!! Still blown away by the service and honesty!!! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Guy was amazing. Super professional. Very kind and helpful. He came in and not only fixed my garage door but made sure everything was safe with all the wiring and even weeny through and secured all the loose wiring so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. This is the best service i have received in all my years of life. The work was done quickly efficiently and kindly. My door broke and i called place after place seeing if it could be repaired and they all said it couldn’t.But not only was my door repaired i was also greeted with extreme kindness and all my questions were answered.I haven’t had a single problem with my door since and will be calling here if i am in need ever again.

Our door was quite a problem (rust, etc.), but he took the time to troubleshoot it and didn’t leave for hours until it was fixed. Five star service for sure. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had to service the garage door. Not the door itself, but still. A lot of times, since the doors were sliding, I had to clean the ice in front of them because they couldn’t open. There was not always enough time to clean the snow and ice. The same can be said about the road surface, if it forms any pit, crack or hillock, the gate will also not open. I was happy to learn that our garage doors had fallen into disrepair and had to be replaced with new ones. I left a request on Yelp the same day, and the next day I wrote that I was interested in the rising gate. In this company, they replied that they have such doors in stock and at an affordable price for me. I decided not to bother and order the installation of doors from them. I did not lose, the company was really very responsible and they brought the garage door exactly on time and exactly in the color I wanted. The doors were intact and very clean, even after installation.

The dealer asked me to post two pictures of the garage door and replied it would 3/4 weeks to have it done. Then I tried to call Urban Garage Door and glad he could come to see in the afternoon. He pointed out it did not work because one of the lift lines broke. He had the work done in one and half hours. Great work! Especially the just in time service!
