Our garage door has been causing problems for two weeks. I called Urban Garage Door for service yesterday afternoon. The owner Guy was assigning a technician right away to our house to check it out this morning. Very efficient service and communication. The technician Jordan is super nice and professional. He was notifying me his ETA. He repaired our garage door sensor very professionally and quickly while patiently explaining to us what caused the problem for the sensor.
